By visiting our website, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to comply with the following terms and all applicable laws. These conditions apply to all users of the Site and clients of Capture Aruba Media Services (CAMS).

Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos, branding assets, logos, text, and digital content, are the exclusive property of Capture Aruba Media Services (CAMS) VBA and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to our Site or services (e.g., comments, reviews, or submissions), you grant CAMS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish such content in connection with its services.

Use of Services

All digital media is delivered via Pixieset or similar platforms. Download links and final files are released only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the media delivered for the agreed purpose (e.g., real estate marketing, Airbnb listings, personal use). Redistribution or resale is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid upon delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Final files will be available for download only after payment is received.

We accept payment via bank transfer or cash. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance. A 2% monthly late fee applies to overdue invoices. Any legal or collection fees incurred due to non-payment will be charged to the client.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel up to 2 days before the scheduled shoot without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. This will be discussed and confirmed verbally or in writing based on the scope of the service.

Communications

By using our website or services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, invoices, updates, and promotional messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Aruba, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Site or our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aruba for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.

Disputes

Any dispute relating to your use of our website or services shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Aruba and submitted to the competent courts located in Aruba.

Comments, Reviews, and User Content

Visitors may post reviews or comments, provided the content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, or edit content at our discretion.
